I run out of chia seeds fast since making lots of the pudding. After buying a bag at Costco the price is cheapest there, I was glad since buying small amounts from health food store can be quite costly. When making chia pudding I found out that if I wait to add the sweetener and vanilla after the seeds have been with the milk at least 2 hours, it doesn't mess with the chia seeds blooming to full potential. I use stevia extract for sweetener and vanilla extract for flavor and only use plant derived milk like coconut, almond or macadamia nut milks. To make put 3 Tablespoons chia seed into a small bowl with 1 or 1 1/2 Cup milk depending how thick you want the pudding mix well, after 5-10 min mix well again, put on lid into refrigerator, wait 2-3 hours, add sweetener/vanilla or other flavor and mix well.

I am going to try factor soon. But i dont have an issue with meal prep. Sometimes i prep some on Saturdays but do some and Sundays. And it helps a lot. In fact a family friends middle daughter who is like a niece to me will come and some of what i make. She take some to work with her. Which is fine. It helps her save money too. And she is in grad school so i don't mind sharing

I bought mini sausages and pillsbury crescent rolls. I cut eat crescent roll into thirds and then rolled them up and baked them following the crescent roll directions❤️
