Vera: 😢 Sorry you're not feeling well. Do you own a humidifier ? Try putting on Vicks Vapo Rub and turn on the humidifier. This treatment should help you breathe easier and cut down mucus buildup. Or try sitting in a Hot Sauna and practice deep breathing exercises. Or take a Hot Yoga class. I've been to San Francisco and yes the weather is always cold and damp. Not good for allergies. Keep inspiring everyone to drink more water and stay hydrated. Be well. Be safe. Happy Summer. 🎉😊

Hi Vera hope your well i enjoyed your vlog as always. I suffer from seasonal allergiess living in the northeast, I found if you eat locally harvested honey from a farmers market from the state that you live in you will be eating the local honey from local honey bee's. In the last few year my allergies are not as bad check, out a farmers market were you are not sure if there is on down in the boston area try it out it takes time to work though.

At home try humidifer, put vicks on your throat, chest when sleeping. In hotel run hot water shower, close door & it will open up your sinuses so they can drain. Hope you feel better. You're doing all the right things, hydrating, resting, honey, any honey the best you can afford- maybe stay away from dairy until better. But, I do believe dairy is very good for you. It does create mucus though. I didn't really have allergies until my 30's either.

San Francisco is always cold in the morning because of the fog. But later at noon it warms up. This city is built on lots of hills.❤❤

Tell me about the congestion.....I had a severely deviated septum along with severe hypertrophy of the bones in my nose which are called turbinates. Had to get a septoplasty and turbinate reduction....a very painful recovery...had to take Percocets to sleep. Also, combine that with chronic allergic Rhinitis and chronic allergies every day of my life. It was bad. I couldn't breathe through my nose for Idk how many years. That surgery changed my life. It even lowered my blood pressure because I can breathe normally, but I still have the allergies though.

Many of the people around me have had that isolated nasal inflamation. I feel like it is something being dispersed in the air causing irritation. It took us a long time to resolve it. Nothing worked on it. Be patient. Btw...your nails are so so gorgeous. Always happy to see you.

azelastine 0.1% nasal spray. dr. prescribed prescription. it opens you up and dries you up. for people with allergies which is what itsounds like.
