I KNEW this was SouthWest! Not only should other airlines pay attention to how they treat customers, but they should let them earn extra bucks teaching oh, I don't know, maybe MOST retailers nowadays...they could use a few lessons on how to make their customers happy. Even if something goes wrong, you can only get so grouchy around this kind of fun! Besides, if the customer DID get nasty, I bet the rest of them would put Oscar the Grouch in his/her place. Rock on SouthWest! PLEASE come to Maine!
