This service KLM only offers on their routes to North America and Asia. Try a fly with KLM to African or South American destinations. Completly different flight experience! They offer the most disgusting food, less portions and they send their most unqualified and rudest Cabin Crews on theses routes.

​@@insighttravelIt is always the same on these routes. But when I fly with them to US or Asia it completly different. And the reason is clear: to their routes to Africa are not many more other competitors. So there is no reason to give their best. People have to fly them because they have no other choice.
