Great video , after a break due to CV19 it will be a fresh learning curve.That field with the close in treeline on both sides looked pretty intimidating , not like your home field. Just get it off the deck in the shortest possible time to get to best climb speed. Fast approaches , they happen ... If it doesn't feel right you can always go around , to easy to either bounce it or run out of landing distance if coming in to fast. Keep posting the videos 👍

With 7000 hours, flying every plane you can imagine for both fun and work, my early days in a challenger we bought for $600 was by far the most fun. I wasn’t a huge fan of the challenger 2 with the doors on. The challenger 1 long with with a 503 is by far my fav. I really dislike the clip wing. Such a great airplane. Goofy looking, But damn if it’s not the best flying plane you can get.

Great video! Very educational! Good for you to be able to do that. I’m 64 and wanted to buy a challenger and learn to fly. I was told I can’t get a medical because of my Parkinson. Did you have to get a medical? Where are you flying?
