yea kinda funny but basically one of the multi attacks inflicts madness - which makes them hostile to everyone, so the harpers kill them off since they're an enemy

​@@Chonusit's an exploit that hasn't been patched for a while. When you have glut on your party, recruit him with a non-tav character, select another non-tav, ungroup and teleport somewhere else. Glut should teleport with you, talk to him to recruit him again. If not reload and try again (at least that worked for me)
