Hey! So idk if this has been done before, but after watching your vid about reviving Nightsong using Glut, I've done some testing with bringing her past the Ketheric fight. For future reference, this has been done on v4.1.1.4905117 If you try to fight him the normal way, Nightsong disappears after the rooftop cutscene. But if you skip this fight by going straight to the mindflayer colony through the oubliette under the moonrise prison (performing the oubliette skip/braincat jump), then she will stay with you. After going through the door to the Kethric/Myrkul fight and watching the cutscene, I was able to take down both Ketheric and Myrkul without even making them hostile. Turned on the moonbeam and danced on them, like you showed in the Nightsong video xD After Myrkul was dead, Nightsong turned into Aylin, staying with me and following me to Act 3 without any problem. I was even able to equip some stuff on her using the circus gate method. And it seems like when you have Nightsong/Aylin in your party, you can still revive one more target with Glut - she will die, get reborn and still remain in your party. Wow, yeah I had one other person tell me about nightsong, I believe they said that she will reappear after ketheric fight, but your way sounds better to do, also funny that they're not hostile xD Yea after you got her with Glut I don't think it's possible to kill her lol. I'm not what happens if you talk to lorroakan about her? I assume she is classed 'dead'. Nothing wrong with your screenshots, they look good! I think if you bring her body to act 3 she might still be nightsong but should basically be the same. Btw I think using ketherics armour on spore and then unequipping caused my game to crashed, I think due to the passive, hopefully it doesn't crash for you

@@WhowlingWholf Thanks for your feedback!^^ I’m gonna check bringing her to Lorroakan later, but I also assume she is still “dead” lore-wise xD I unequipped the Ketheric armor and it didn’t crash, I guess it might be due to her not having the spore servant status effect anymore. Also, it seems that after transforming to Aylin, she has lost her ability to revive herself. Gonna do some more testing on that later. I loaded back to Act 2 and confirmed that when she is still Nightsong, you can revive a second character with Glut - she will die and get reborn, still under your control, and you will have two servants xD Unfortunately doesn’t work with her as Aylin though. I think my next move is to try bringing her body to Act 3 and seeing if she remains immortal that way

​@@WhowlingWholf Sooo I've done some more testing - I haven't found a way to make Nightsong unkillable past Myrkul. Her body transforms into Aylin anyway, and even if you do the cutscene overlapping glitch - killing Myrkul before her death cutscene plays out - she still turns into Aylin and loses her immortality. I have two theories - first is that Ketheric's/Myrkul's death is a trigger to her transformation - wherever she is, in whatever condition she is. If this is true, then maybe there is a way to somehow avoid her transformation through making her body "inaccessible" at the moment of that trigger, but idk. Second is that there is some constant condition like "If Nightsong exists past Ketheric's death, she must become Aylin", but honestly I believe in the first theory more - I think it's just more pragmatic to code the game that way. I guess that almost concludes my experiments with Nightsong *for now* - only thing left is to try bringing her to Lorroakan xD After that maybe will try to look more into controlling m̶u̶r̶d̶e̶r̶ m̶o̶m̶m̶y̶ Orin hehe

@@parseck3109 yeah likely first theory, and my only two suggestions is polymorph her as he dies, or pick up nightsong body and give to hireling, dismiss them, do fight, rerecruit hireling. Appreciate sharing your findings. I wish you luck for orin, I did try another test of leaving render distance when she dies to see if she still transforms but still does sadly.

@@WhowlingWholf that is rlly sad maybe someday someone will just make a mod to make her playable i mean we already got a mod to play as the dead three (gortash is the best imo),raphael, all mindflayer etc
