one of my favorite parts of your videos is the verse of the day. that is what got me to subscribe instead of just watching what pops up on my home screen. actually trying to save up to have a hunt with you for big pigs. big enough to get tusks i can make knife handle accents from. also scales for folding knives also. if you have some tusks you would like to have made into a knife for you just message and we can arrange something.

I'm Scottish and native American. I really like this flint broadhead. I want to try them myself, as an acknowledgement to my heritage. I'd also like to try a metal early Scots style broadhead as well. Really cool. I know that I've been cut picking flint and chert arrowheads up in fields. They are wicked sharp when freshly knapped. Use an antler point with a heavy piece of leather to hold on to it and lightly put pressure on the edges, causing new sharp edges. Start from tip to base, one side, then the other.

With all the darn old shopping centers being built around me they are taking down all the great old trees and homes to lots of critters that are now looking for other woods or people's sheds (which they deserve) I think .. Why we need 3 groceries stores across from each other doesnt make sense to me but what do I know ..plus drugstores n banks on each corner !! Geez !! It's called spading. Sharpening stone. I use some copper wire to Knapp new teeth. It's tricky, I'd find a experienced professional flintnapper to do it. I've taken several animals with glass and obcidian. Largest being a coyote in elko nv. I can't go back to modern equipment. I go look and know, i can make something just as lethal.

The easiest way I can think of to sharpen it that might work is a dremel & diamond bit. I'm not a Knapper so I myself would not try that.
