The animals make a beeline right for you when you call them, then turn right around when they lose interest. It's tough to get a broadside shot.

which is one way i say that cotw is better. they come to you yeah, but will stop and mull around, as they would in real life.

So with the calling do they have to come into a certain range to get credit for them? I've been having some animals coming to calls but once I harvest not getting the credit in the perk screen

I prefer using the .350 on bear mainly, it doesn’t do too much damage to deer either and doesn’t effect the hunt rating as much depending on the range

hey flinter I don't know if anyone told you this before but something I've noticed with the calls is most of the time in my experience it doesn't recognize you changing calls from female to trophy male and the only I found to consistently have it on the call you want and change to your weapon or bino's and then go back to the caller

I like them equally, woth for a more realistic feel, and cotw for a more arcadey feel. They both fill different niches in the very niche hunting community

@Fish Gaming I used to LOVE cotw. It just the recent updates make it not as playable. Like they are trying to be like WOTH but due to how cotw is setup it can't execute it right. Also multi-player on cotw is unplayable atm. It's sad. I just got a mela doe in WOTH super stoked.

I got my first 5 star bighorn after I missed and lost on and it was a 499.8 and a 99.8 % genetics so close

I can be on this game forever and find one animal, if you don't count ducks or pheasants. I got this on release day back in August and still haven't gotten the very early mission of 5 Mule Deer because I can't find any or when I do they spook within 700m. I was barely able to get Hollywood. I would love to play all day and find as much stuff as you do.

@@TheReDeeMeR1988 That's a good question. I don't know how. I can't get within shooting distance before they run off, and I make next-to-no noise and they shouldn't be able to see or hear me that far, but they always run off from a long long way.

@@guywithahat3953 Lmbo!You could get the xbox series S for 300 so a lot cheaper. I have it and it's a beast. Runs 120 fps on games that allow, super fast just a really awesome console. Especially for the price. Unless u have a ps4 and wanna keep your account 😅
