Beautiful journals! Tammy, my heart goes out to you. I lost my mom on November 4, 2022, and then on November 8, 2023, I lost my husband unexpectedly. Needless to say, I have had a rough couple of years. I am doing better though. I make my own journals and try to journal a little each day, which has really helped me. I don't blame you for taking a break.

Beautiful journals. I pray that you’ll be ok. I do understand. It’s easy to get overwhelmed and sometimes we need to take a break. The holiday season is hard for so many of us. Life isn’t a hallmark movie. We can put expectations on ourselves that aren’t realistic. Take good care and we will be here when you get back 🥰 ❤

Oh! You used FOREST! That's the one I'm using in the Specimen journal Im doing. I love all your covers and how you used the base papers as the main body of it. Congrats! On donating that many journals. It's never a bad thing to take a break and rest your spirit! Take care of you.

These are just stunning Tammy! I cannot believe how quickly you were able to make these beauties. The pine cone is my fav. i’m so glad that you are taking a break. I’m sure that you are still facing some PTSD from everything that’s happened. And it may not go away for a while. But at least you’re doing something to help yourself and that takes amazing strength. I too have distanced myself from the news. I allowed it to take over and I really shouldn’t. Anyway I am sure that these journals will be loved dearly by some individuals who really need it. Thank you Tamara! There is no doubt that I have PTSD, from multiple traumas. Giving myself a break is essential to stopping it from taking over. I always come out on the other side stronger and calmer! Thank you for all your support!❤️💚

These journals are so beautiful. I love seeing them. It's a lot of work to create each one. Good to hear your voice. I imagine the kitchen is overwhelming. We remodeled ours several years ago. It was a relief when it was finally done. Your journals are amazing. There are a lot of people very grateful for your words and the pages to keep track of things. Big hugs 💞💞💞

@TammyVanAntwerpArt I'm glad the kitchen is going well. I loved getting ours done, but the counter tops seemed like work as I wanted an endless seam into the bay window, so I needed a certain size. But it is sure nice having an updated kitchen. The old harvest gold counter was removed. Hugs 💞
