Hi! What colors do you suggest to use with this? Colour pencils or pens? If pens, what mm would you suggest?

Hello! I recommend color pencils, and gel pens. Anything else will bleed through. The title page in my video was done with Prismacolor color pencils and Sakura gel pens. Have fun coloring! It's a beautiful book.
