Mr. Holmgren: I have watched many, many woodworking videos on KZbin, and I've never commented on any before. But I wanted you to know that this series you did on the making of your ingenious flip-top tool stand shines as one of my very favorites. The retractable casters, the foot pedal lifting mechanism for them, and the flip-top design itself are all sheer genius! I'm ordering your plans, and I plan to build several of these for my basement wood shop. You are a true woodworking Ninja. Thank you for making this video series and showing us how to build it!

I discovered your site and your video a few weeks on the site of Jay Bates. I was delighted by your inginuity and your resourcefulness. I finally found an excellent système of rétractables wheels. Your flip top tool stand is fantastic and I can't wait to recieved plans for manufactured mine. I'll surely restore you news. I also find that your handles are very beautiful. Denis Mathieu, Québec.

Thanks for that nice series mr Holmgren. Look forward to more. I was wondering if there was a way to make the flipping easier with a spring or maybe a foot pedal? Might try a flip top for a contractor saw/thickness planer. Also I need to wheel it outside where the floor is really uneven and would need more clearance. Any thought how to do this without making the pedal stick up at a high angle? Again thanks and keep up the good work.
