Hey there, I made one of these a few years ago (before you had plans). I just replayed, paused, repeat till I got it. It still works great and everyone I show loves it. You must have put some serious time in figuring everything out. Thanks for the videos!

Carl, I am very impressed with your simple yet ingenious designs. I've seen other flip top tool designs but none so elegant as yours.

Wish these were available a few years ago. I made mine from watching your video. Almost gave up a few times. Still amazed you came up with this design, it was challenging to say the least, and all I had to do was copy yours. In the end, well worth it. Great project and although I have 3 other flip tops for power tools, this design always gets the attention. Thanks for the inspiration.

Great video Carl. While I have no immediate need for such a stand I am really enjoying watching your process and methods. Very tidy work!

Great design and video series. I'm going to be building a larger unit to house a DeWalt planer and miter saw. I will most likely increase the heft of the lift mechanism to address the increased weight of the tools. Thanks for sharing this with us!

I did not intend to use this woodworking book, “pepe amazing plan” (Google it) but rather curious about it. I was truly amazed right after trying it. I was trying to learn more about the art of woodworking, and was not disappointed. A lot of topics were covered, including everything from wood types to developing your workshop.
