I've been watching a bunch of these videos, and just want to shout out to the band. Michael picks a random person who picks any old song. Sometimes Michael has them sing the first line so the band can get a key, but usually not. Like the security guard here. She just started singing At Last, and almost right away the band joins in in the right key, right song.
