Keeping good stock levels 3. Having good relationships to make things you don’t have the knowledge to make 4. Patience 5. Persistence 6. High risk high reward 7. Pattern: Wicked Leather Gauntlets is easy to get as lvl 1 and sells well since its bis for leveling up leatherworking

I used to buy them at western plague land on my server for around a 1g 40 and sell them on average for like 25 gold which the highest being 48 gold. Now they sell for like 4 gold on my server

It’ll be no where close to the amount of time grinding NPCs from 1-1,000 (let alone 10,000) gold I would wager. This is the way! Never grind NPCs in my life.

I thought I was good at flipping. I always try and tell people who complain about having to grind NPCs that there are much easier ways to make gold with smaller investments in time. You make it look so easy though. I’ve definitely learned a lot! Nice content. You’re helping a lot of people save a lot of time; I’m sure of this.

Did it on an alt, as a "hobby" when classic was still fresh...went from 10g to over 1k which was quite nice for classic in 2019/start of 2020....and I didn't even get involved all that much...I used TSM addon ofc, it's best thing for this strategy. It's fun way of making passive gold :D Indeed some items seems to always print money, until other ppl discover them.

Loving this series, as a former auction house baron who mainly played the game to make gold. It was fun. Even created addons to help me automate things. Anyway, when you went to STV I thought you were going for one of the best recipes in the game. "Plans: Massive Iron Axe". There is a Horde and a neutral vendor. Both are in STV. I used to have two alts there just to quickly check if it had respswned. Layer hopping was useful too since each layer has independent stock. The recipe consistently sells for 50 gold because it is required for the blacksmithing profession's Quest "The Way of the Weaponsmith" to become a Weaponsmith. Which almost 100% of blacksmiths choose. And almost 100% of PvPing melee players. So it's a very necessary recipe by a lot of people. I also bought up any copies of that recipe for less than 50g on the auction house and reposted them. But beware, if your server has a lot of people who notice the value of the recipe and start competing, they will constantly dump the price downwards. You can do what I did and buy up all cheaper recipes constantly. But you may have quite a stock of the recipe. They sell very easily at 50g each because people need the recipe and are lazy. The only danger is competitive sellers. :) There's a second, limited recipe that is also required for the same questline and it can be flipped for good profit too: "Plans: Moonsteel Broadsword", sold in limited quantity by a neutral vendor in BB. However, that recipe is more known/sold out because it's in the heavily visited area where basically every player hangs out and looks at the vendors. So your luck won't be as good with that one. :)

I got lucky one time, after making a few gold, I bought primal might recipes in Silvermoon and those resold for 35-40g which really snowballed my gold income after camping the vendor a couple days

There’s a thrown weapon available to buy at the blood elf area in Ghostlands. Throat Piercers, I’ve been selling them for 15-30g a time. Spawn isn’t great, but I’ll fly up there every now and again. Neutral AH attracts a few buyers from the alliance too.

While true that stacking gold when you have low capital is absolutely harder and a logarithmic scale would convey that. 1. It might not look good or look strange(mot everyone will get it first time) 2. In the original tbc i used to make a mint off of deviate scale belts i used to sell them to alliance through the BB AH as its a seperate AH, id be checking there for some cheaper items also

Did you have to make a new bank alt? Because in episode 3 your xp bar was full and now you traveled a lot and your xp bar is in the middle and you're still lvl 1 :D

No, just the clips slightly out of sink, so some of the intro from rpevious episodes were taken after I went to do my exploration journey for those patterns. But still the same bank alt lvl 1 - 95% exp currently

I don't think your Enchant:Minor Mana will sell since it is a very low level enchant and i'm pretty sure you pick it up as you level your enchanting cheaper than you're trying to sell it for. But hey that's just my opinion, I love this series keep up the good work!

I've got a feeling, economy on my server is so sleepy, the prices are let's say - just decent, but it takes so long to sell even simple stuff. And during the day, there are at least 10-15 "bank" chars lurking around doing some sort of economy schemes. Started with 150g three days ago, sitting at 200g in bank and cca. 700g waiting on AH

Mainly just for fun, and the markets irl have much higher volumes so margins are much smaller and the trading fees in Canada are unfortunatley still quite high compared to other places like the states, so it makes it much harder to play the markets and be on the winning end after fees / brokerage costs etc.
