I used to believe that the stock market was primarily a game for the wealthy, influenced by the lessons of my grandparents who suffered significant losses in the past and emphasized this notion. However, I've been around long enough to experience firsthand how lucrative it can be. Especially in times like these, with inflation at 6.1%, one might consider the circumstances desperate. Nevertheless, I firmly believe that no market condition is insurmountable for a skilled financial advisor, especially those who have weathered the storm since the 2008 crisis and even earlier.............
@bahijarhafiri Жыл бұрын
Indeed, they are highly effective. I've been utilizing the expertise of an advisor since the stock market sell-off in August 2015 when the Dow plummeted by over 1800 points, essentially erasing all my gains. I found myself down by over $80,000 during those challenging times. That's when I decided to engage the services of an advisor, and it took me about six months to recover my losses and achieve a net gain of approximately $830,000. While others waited for years to break even, I recognized that being aggressive comes with greater risks, but with the guidance of an investment advisor, all risks are calculated........

I do not have a single fund that I invest in because I have a range of jobs. I certainly don't behave that way. I model my behaviour after that of Jenny Pamogas Canaya a seasoned financial counsellor licensed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Since then, my returns have risen swiftly in contrast to the IRA's gradual development. What I have is only used by her trades, not by a few really niche businesses.

Agree with the BMV point. Whilst that's advantageous. This is where experience and an eye for property comes to play. One person can make a 20% ROI whilst another 40% ROI on the same property simply from reconfiguring a property the right way. Also means you have the confidence to pay a higher price securing the property knowing you'll add vaule that maybe others won't see.

Out of all the videos I've watched, it's one of the best presented in terms of your strategy in the deal so well done on that - keep up the fantastic work. Of course this particular deal was given to you by a property sourcer, I'd be reluctant to pay such a hefty fee as it does reduce profit margin. That £10k could've been used towards a contingency plan if something were to go wrong with the renovation, contributing towards void mortgage payments or put towards another property deal if you were to find something yourself! However, you're clearly very experienced and know exactly what it is you're doing in the market and wish you nothing but the best Saj.

What an incredible transformation! Thank you for sharing the renovation on this property. If you were to fully furnish the property with high end items, would this increase the amount of profit that could be made? I appreciate furnishings can be to personal taste, however, is there an appetite in the market for people to buy properties fully furnished to a high standard? Thanks

Yes, that can help and we may do that in the new houses we build. However, this property is not difficult to sell because of its location. We have already pushed the ceiling price, so it would be difficult to make more profit.

Such a great job you’ve done there. What would you have done differently if this were a BRRR project? How do choose if you want to flip or hold(keep)? Thx
