Hi Jack on any house flip, what would u say is the minimum line of profit you would go for. And also typical refurb time you should aim for?

It depends how much work I put into it. If it was a quick flip with very minimal work and I made 10% I’d be happy assuming the turnaround was 2-3 months. If I was doing a full renovation and it was going to be 6 months+ I’d want 15%+
