Looks great. Thanks for sharing. A sinker with a longer screw lock would help. May be able to modify a Do-It mold to make that sinker or a silicone mold. I make those molds myself.

Good luck! If you can't use a 1/2oz ball head jig. Snip the hook off and the eye off and slip it in. Make sure to give it a twist so it'll hold.

Post spawn, and heat of the summer are the best times to do this in hydrilla heads. Post spawn they lay up to rest under cover and feed, and in the heat of the summer they offer a cool retreat. Good luck!
