I noticed in your highlight items list you have 'red bead', 'black bead' etc., as well as all of the defenders. A more convenient way of doing this is to use an asterisk. This will ensure anything on the ground that includes the word 'bead', for example, is highlighted (or hidden). For example: *bead, *defender, clue*. This would highlight all beads, all defenders, and all clue scrolls. You can also throw it up on both sides if there are items that might have the word on either side of others, E.G. *oyster*. This will hide 'oyster', 'oyster pearl', 'oyster pearls', and 'empty oyster', without having to write each of them individually.

under section "runelite" in the plugins tab, you can set the notifications up to even notify you whilst your game is in focus. helps a lot if you use multiple monitors for instance, you do not need to click back

You kind of completely missed the mark on explaining screenmarkers... the point is to mark things like menu options or the location of an item in your bank. So that when you click on like an anvil or a banked item you can move your mouse to that location before the screen has popped up.

you can actually have the 'Idle Notifier' plugin work without having to click off screen. under the 'Runelite' plugin, there is an option "Send notifications when focused", tick that and ur gtg.

Didn't even know about GPU render. Games looks much prettier with anti aliasing and removing color banding. Another one i'd recommend is to enable animation smoothing. Makes a huge difference.

Jagex said they will not ban people in particular that are using this client. But it is on your own risk. make sure you get it from the right site. There are some fake ones :)

I got banned for "botting" botting last week. It was a few days after I started using runelite. Ban won't be appealed, I think maybe RuneLite has a chance to trigger the bot detector, so it kind of sucks because using WASD for the camera was life-changing. Edit: Could also be the fact that I was playing on mobile as well, because i have seen people get falsely banned for that as well.

@@chronooo. I got banned for botting due to a hacked account sometime between 2005 and 2017 and I was able to reach out through the forums for an appeal to get my account back. The official channels denied my appeal as well despite it being clear I hadn't legitimately touched the game in years.

When you hold "alt" you can move things around even your minimap. You can also hold "alt" to quickly hide or high light item overlay text. To get stuff back to the original spot again just right click it with your mouse while holding "alt".

Mine did the same. It stayed stuck at 49.WhateverElseWasLeft MBs. Cancelled, deleted file and redownloaded. It appeared to do the same but when I clicked on the download when it looked stuck, it worked. So, it's not just you that had this problem. I was also using Chrome as my browser.

I have been having this problem in Chrome too lately, I have noticed usually the file is fully downloaded in your set folder, once you open or edit it the chrome 50/50 will dissappear. Hope it helps

i think runelite is fine for most of what it provides but they need to ban the use of boss helpers and things of that sort, it takes all the challenge out of bossing. why learn zulrah when runelite can just do it for you?

The best "boss helper" on runelite atm is prayer switches for jad which almost no one needs help for anyway.

WTFF!?!? was using osbuddy before I saw this video, and thought runelite might be a better client. logged off my account one night and logged in the next day to see my character at the wilderness instead of where I was originally suppose to be. checked my bank and all my valuable items are gone. I even had a bank pin in place as well as an authenticator and still all my valuables gone. CAUTION WHEN USING RUNELITE!
