18:07 while the branch-harvesting with a tool was patched, it's still possible to get a lot of branches by hacking a dried-out tree with an axe (these trees are usually found in desert areas, and very distinguishable from other types of trees. Dried out logs on the ground are more common around the starting river)

55:47 if you find a spider egg-sac, it hatches into a spiderling. Getting a good grown-up spider is a different matter (different foods have different chances of the adult rolling a "Greater" version). Which reminds me, if Shadow focuses on Bows and hyenas, she could max out Authority, pick War Party, and have two hyenas with her. Just need a dyer's bench, and have her gear be colored red, black and purple 😅

1:02:34 blunt weapons have a high armor penetration, which is why they're better against undeads. Maybe have Splitsie learn mace crafting, and keep some spare maces when going out (quick-fix when already far from base is to use stone clubs, rather cheap to make, and much more effective than Iron Axe, which has 0% armor pen.) Armor pen. is also why the sword does better, as swords have some armor pen, same with both Asina's claws and Scrubble's fangs

1:20:10 Splitsie sees a Sand Reaper, and Shadow goes "Friend, friend, friend!". Now I get why she wouldn't survive 2minutes in Australia 🤣🤣🤣

1:53:33 as Nev pointed out, that castle is for players to have a PvE siege going. It's present in both online and offline modes.

2:25:28 in a thrall's inventory screen, set them to "Follow stance: Passive", then they won't attack unless you tell them to. Very useful when trying to single out one specific target for capture. Otherwise, you can also tell them to stop following (a bit away from where you'll be clubbing with new friends), then they'll stay there until having a friend in tow Edit: which Splitsie did 😊

Coal replaces wood in your bench's. Two doors in your buildings help heeps with Thralls 😃 Watched and Liked 👍

If you put up the tanning bench, you can separate hyena fur and reptile hides at a ratio of 2:3, with the output being normal hide. It just means you get a bit more leather, if you find yourself short and needing lots, like for saddles, better bandages n such.

What you were talking about with having your friends do the inventory management.... Soulmask does that. They can do everything from crafting, sorting, or even gathering materials. (should have waited lol) But regarding the grind, yes it is but you can also adjust settings to help with that without the need for mods.

The RBLF had assumed that Spiders, and their Anatomy was taught in grade school in Australia… Or that you’d have PSA ads on tv about them… 🤔🤣

If I hadn't such apotato-pc, so I could run the game. I would build a tower with multiple crafting and storage-outcroppings with my and the Thrall quarters one or two stories above. Shadow and the cackel of the Hihi-dog. ;P

The game runs surprisingly well on older hardware. I managed to get a decent 50-ish FPS with decently high settings on a GTX 1060 6GB (a lower midrange card from _eight_ years ago)... at 1440p! Of course that does not help if you're stuck on a laptop with an iGPU or the like, but don't let how the game looks fool you into thinking you need high-end hardware. And remember that Steam gives you a two-hour refund window, which should be enough to at least check how your system handles it without fear of wasting money.

@@streetwind. Unfortunally it is a Laptop-IGPU. So I am contnet on watching Splits and Shadow- shennanigans and on occasion ask weird questions. ^^ But thank you for your input. Have a wonderful and blessed day, friendo.

Yup, it's thanks to most of that being through a city and its suburbs. I'd have to get from one side of Sydney to the other, for context, Sydney has a million more people in it than LA and the traffic to go with that population :/

I know it's petty but Hyenas are not dogs they are there own thing. But more closets related to felines then canines.
@Flipsie12 сағат бұрын
We know (or at least I'm pretty confident Shadow knows as well). Hyenas are really cool creatures, have watched a decent number of documentaries on them over the years
