Just turned 18 a few minutes ago. I knew when I first heard this song, I was going to play this at midnight. I remember being 15 and first hearing this and it helped me get through a lot of rough times. Now I play I as a reminder that the world didn’t end when I was 15. I sat in bliss as the clock hit midnight and couldn’t help but to be proud of myself. Maybe I will go back to this song in 10 years and I will see this comment again. But now, cheers to all the good that will arise again.

This song means so much to me. When me and my girlfriend had just started texting (before we started dating) I asked her what kind of music she liked and she sent me this song. As soon as I heard this song I fell in love with it. Then we shared so much more music with each other over time as we grew closer and started dating. I miss that feeling I got when I heard this song for the first time. I immediately knew it would be one of my new favorite songs, and it definitely has considering how I've known it for about two months and have still been coming back to it just about every day. I think I already said this on the official video (goes to show my obsession with the song), but my boyfriend showed it to me, and I had absolutely no idea how I had never heard of it before. It's like one of those songs you love so much instantly that you just feel betrayed about the fact that no one has ever shown it to you, or it was never recommended to you on Spotify or something because it's perfect for you, you know? Anyway, this song will always make me think of my boyfriend, especially because he showed it to me around the time where we first became an "official" couple, if that makes sense, and that day was so perfect. It wasn't even in August, but I don't care. I know I'm rambling, but I don't talk nearly this much in real life, and I just wanted to get this out somewhere, but I guess I have no way of truly expressing how much this song means to me since I'm not very good with words.
