I feel like you are on to something about a peanut butter Kazbar. I can already see Reese’s possibly adding another edition to its line of snack cakes, with them possible gonna copy Kazbars idea. They just need to add peanut butter sauce and Reese’s pieces for that crunchy element, in their snack cake.

Wonderful idea re: PB Kazbars. Now I'm hoping for seasonal Kazbars like their cupcakes. The crunch is so nice and surely goes with everything. I downed both of the Kaz boxes I got so fast. Would destroy a few boxes of Iced Pumpkin Kazbars 🎃.

I'm glad you enjoyed the bars even though they had a darker chocolate. A problem with most snack cakes is that they're dry, so it's good to hear that Hostess was able to fix that this time around. I think if they do well they should definitely do more flavors.. Along with peanut butter, they could maybe do a vanilla or some kind of fruit flavor! And those pretzels seem like something my dad would enjoy. I'll have to show him those!

Flavor is good, but a bit too sweet for me. And I'm no "Sweet Snob". Just too much for such a small bar.
