IF I SPENT A TON OF TIME ON RURAL HIGHWAYS AT NIGHT, I WOULD PAY FOR THIS AS DEER COLLISIONS WILL RUN ABOUT THE SAME ... AFTER ALL COSTS ARE FACTORED IN

lol... I've lived in a rural area for over 10 years and haven't hit a deer. Have come close more than a dozen times.

@@dronus i think there were more collisions in the past - i think deer are getting smarter through natural selection as they are not darting in front of vehicles as much

@boundaryzero idk dude, I work six days a week and each day is a close call with a deer.

Do they work in a blizzard in the winter or heavy rain?

Different materials have different levels of induction. The simplest example is between rubber and steel. A laser temperature device may show that both are at 48F but the perceived feel is colder for the steel, and warmer for the rubber. Rubber will appear brighter (WHOT) than the steel.

Currently NO HEADS UP DISPLAY.. It does not help oncoming object detection.. A monitor on the dashboard would blind my eyes ... I would say a Complementary forward looking radar would be much appreciated integrated with this product. When an oncoming alert comes on you can look at monitor.. not drive by the monitor

They need to listen to this

@@knuccs : They don't ... and any monitor would only blind your eyes if someone poked you in the eyes with the actual monitor. This unit can also be used to evade. I heard that In the UK the SAS tried it with goggles [HUD in the goggles] at night time in Wales ... and the cops found them parked in a car park "after the test was over", drinking a cup of tea and eating oatmeal biscuits.

I wonder how effective this would be against spotting police on the highway at night.
@royross62814 жыл бұрын
Very effective their cars are always idling lots of heat build up means easier to spot
@clashwithmoi89264 жыл бұрын
Very effective. But it should not be your only tool. Coupled with radar detector and waze this is a very good option.
