I think the chicken is crispier at Flo's because the chicken at Plaza Inn is held in a chafing dish that's covered with plastic wrap, which makes it steamy.

I went there today and our food looked nothing like this . The fries were good , we got the club and it barely had any avocado mayo, also the pot pie that had cheese and chilies which it was okay the crust was good , but it’s not a go to spot wasn’t impressed lol

I got a question about fast passes I plan to go next year seems long but I wanna be sure I get everything right I been at Disney 4 times but I didn’t learn anything from those experiences.Anyways I got a question I want fast passes what is better paper or max pass or both at the same time how can I master fast pass ? I ordered the fried chicken ($16.99) and it was TERRIBLE! The children was tiny and served COLD, hard and tough. The potato portion was small and COLD. For about the same price, Plaza Inn offers MUCH more food - and it's served hot and wonderful (and with a biscuit, missing at Flo's). My wife ordered the Turkey sandwich, which she said was excellent, but the large serving of fries was cold (literally room temp) - she only ate one. VERY DISAPPOINTING. And surprising since generally the food at the resorts has been improving much and is now usually quite good.
