@unlight31413 жыл бұрын
This is what I get from this comment: "I hate this band, and I'm lacking in mental capacity, so I'm going to go ahead and give them another view on their video, and post an unimportant opinion that the band will never read. But fans will read it, and they'll come back to argue with me, and give this video even more views in the process" So, in short, thanks for supporting Flobots and Tim McIlrath. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.

They haven't been able to fully go into adult hood and basically children in the prents eyes still and we send them off to die. And I love that it says they would rather raise people to die for a cause, than to kill for one. Like, if you have to kill someone, then is your cause fully right?

Flobots should lead us in overthrowing the government honestly. This song filled me with so much emotion I teared up, just because I wanna fix all this shit.

+Kira Bleu I believe that there needs to be a fundemental change in the government but to overthrow them would just incite more violence without military grade weapons and ordnance we lose and I for one dont want to start a war on my own soil just to overthrow some corrupt politicians. sides they are preaching peace not war

I always said all rap sucked, and I would refuse to listen to any of it. My cousin showed me Handlebars, and then I began listening to Flobots. That's when I realized I don't hate rap, I hate when people rhyme and waste my time. Flobots have meaning in their songs, which is what makes them so good. And my story is kind of opposite of yours. I listened to Flobots first, then started listening to Rise Against because of this song xD Both are great bands with meaningful lyrics!

Rise Against anyone?

This song makes me feel gross, and it took me many, many listens to figure out why. Martyr and murderer are not roles you should be putting on children. As an adult you can martyr yourself or be a murderer, but it is disgusting to push that onto children. Your role as an adult is to protect children from that at any cost.
