gordon doesn't look as juicy as last adcc and it makes me sad
@billj45253 ай бұрын
Hard to tell, but he looks probably 10 pounds smaller or so. Trust me, he knows what he's doing though, and maybe felt he could lower his dose slightly. He never looked juiced when competing to me anyway. It was the photos and the magazines where he looked juiced. Gordon definitely is coming in there at his best regardless of what he takes. If he's on a smaller dose then it's for a reason. He'll be at his best, and hopefully performs at his best as well. Remember, the juice is a very very small part of the total product, it's about the jiu jitsu and the technique, especially with a guy like Gordon, and he's talked about this. The juice will just help his athletic ability, and I'm sure he's on enough to optimize his performance with that.

Well Gordon got bigger and stronger, but I don't think his jiu jitsu improved at at all. That kind of goes without saying though, obviously steroids wouldn't improve the technical part of jiujitsu. The big thing for Gordon was his size, which also allowed him to be stronger.

Just my 2 cents as an old Black belt. I don't think Gordon was giving 100%, it looked like he allowed quite a few advantages that he could have easily defended. Of course you never know how many rounds each athlete had already done. I suspect that if Gordon really wanted the tap, he would have gotten it. Take nothing away from Bodoni, I've rolled with him and he destroyed me, but he's about 30lbs smaller than Gordon.
@billj45253 ай бұрын
@@tinoslaponi8514 Oh yeah, not a chance he was. A guy like Gordon would never go 100% in training. In fact, I'm sure he lets his opponent get good positions on him. Going his hardest would not help Gordon improve. I hope people aren't thinking he's going anywhere near his hardest. Gordon is the best. Getting in bad spots and learning from this is one way he improves. He goes easy on even the toughest opponents, or easier I should say.
