Hey Matt, I fly on a medivac helicopter in NM and AZ. We have a little laminated checklist staring us right in the eye when we get seated in the helicopter to verify that we haven't forgotten a few key items that could be a serious problem if left behind. Maybe y'all could add one to each vehicle placed somewhere that you couldn't say you weren't reminded to check before you leave. Those few extra minutes taken could save you from heartburn and grief. Hope that helps. :-)

@@wilgerdes3240 it would make some “Episodes” rather boring. But having 2 sets of ropes for each unit. (Maybe canvas divided bags) if rope is dirty, wet, damaged you grab spare in shop. First is washed. (Maybe proper cleaning of the ropes, soft shackles could be gone over?). I bet Yankum could be talked into2nd set at discount. How often a small burst air tank, compressor might inflate tires. Things roll much better. A checklist to ask customers, then to use for crew.

The Morvair is incredible. Love the sound of the LS in that beast. Matt could have built a tow vehicle from any number of platforms, but a 4wd truck would have a higher center of gravity, plus using an old (and rare!) Corvair station wagon is outlandish, who would be crazy enough to do something like that? :-D Seeing how that thing just climbs over rocks and up inclines is amazing.

I’d love to pick on him for never listening to his own advice, one but …… Matt has the biggest heart ❤️ of any goober alive. The way he takes care of his people is heartwarming at the very least. The way he takes care of Ed, far outweighs anything annoying that he does. Matt’s worth the trouble he brings. Jamie is an absolute angel 👼. Keep up the mediocre work Matt

She also isn't carrying through with doing her job! She's supposed to inventory the vehicles that didn't get done so they didn't have what they would have preferred to use which would have been no longer rope. Also her sitting in the truck with the tires just sitting there spinning in the mud is one of the most stupid things I've ever seen it's actually very destructive to the customers rooms because you are spinning them completely submerged in the mud which is like having sandpaper against it. She just doesn't seem like her normal self doesn't seem like she is as reliable as she used to be and doesn't seem like she's thinking clearly

One of the problems you are having regularly is disorganization - arriving on scene with something missing. This is mostly because you are doing a lot of "stuff", and the systems you have used in the past are not longer adequate. I suggest you start kitting everything you can, and assign someone to verify that the kit is complete regularly, including fueling the vehicle. Put a checklist ON each kit. You can do this.

Dear everyone at MORR. I run a small lawn mowing service. I have a truck with a cap that I keep various tools and equipment in. It's a bit crowded, but I have room for something in there that you may want to consider for your business. I carry a couple things we call Gas Cans. You can fill these with gas and then you have extra gas when you need gas. It's like having a little Gas Station with you at all times. You can buy them online and in many brick and mortars. I know it sounds crazy, but they come in handy sometimes.
