On one hand, it looks really beautiful. But on the other hand, I am absolutely sick of the fact that my home city gets flooded every year in some shape or form and nothing is being done about it. A city that is struggling to get back on its feet and then this comes along and messes up a lot of people's hard work, all in the space of a few hours. The sad thing is, I know nothing will get done, apart from a few sandbags being ordered.
