Floods reach northern Kazakh city of Petropavlosk | AFP

In northern Kazakhstan, flooding has submerged swathes of the city of Petropavlosk, where rescuers have carried out "preventive" evacuations the day before. There is widespread flooding in the Russian Urals regions and neighbouring Kazakhstan, caused by melting ice swelling rivers, exacerbated by heavy rainfall.

TF you bring putin into this FOOL? The flood warning from Russia came a LONG time ago but because of our corruption the local authorities didnt do anything. The money they were given to prepare for flood they put into their pockets.
