Commiefornia outlawed gold dredging starting with a temporary moratorium. Then the Indian tribe in bed with the enviro crooks destroyed the most efficient way to get gold. Rules already in place to protect the environment. Now only panning allowed so very little gold can be recovered. This destroyed a wonderful outdoor hobby/lifestyle.
