Both are friends since the After Forever days, when Floor was invited to be part of Nightwish, the first thing she done was call Tarja and tell everything about it, because Floor wanted to know how would she feel about it, Tarja only said that it has been such a long time since her departure and everything was ok, that Floor should accept and follow her heart to never let the music industry change her. This rivalry is a fanfic from Tuomas Fanboy's. This was told by Tarja herself during an interview by the way.

Tarja fans never hate Anette or floor. This has nothing to do with Tuomas aswell. Floors hardcore Fans are sometimes just very dominant in their option and mostly they dont like other female Rock singers. Me for Exemple i am very neutral because i am not a hardcore Fan of all 3. But i really like their personalities. They are all 3 very respectful to each other. To tell tarja is better in operatic and floor in Rock and Anette is great in Pop Rock Songs is nothing wrong. They are have their good and Less good things about their voice. Thats not hate.

@@alexsuperstar9032 why you repeat my comment ? 😆 i said the same. And light sopranos mostly struggle in mid belts because the 4 th octave is pretty low for belt. Tarja mid belt 4 th octave will Sound Fuller. Is genetics. My Analyse is little bit more information. There is not just classical and Rock Pop belts. Mid belts is not easy for All sopranos light ones like ariana Grande ,floor ,or leona lewis. Their belting register starts naturally at 5c

My conclusion Floor Jansen is more versatile and her beltings are more powerful and better, apart from the fact that Tarja does not specialize in belting and not all of Tarja's beltings were belting, in opera mode Tarja wins 😊 In notes from D6 and up Floor Jansen sustains better and with vibrato, ultimate Tarja in those notes has an uncontrolled vibrato, I don't know why she already mastered them They are both incredible. Last month I got to see Tarja live, she is incredible. 😊

Love both very much I prefer Floor's head voice in After Forever more than in NW where she sounded more resonant, easier and operatic. Tarja develops a very dark and powerful voice throughout her range in her solo career which is very intriguing. Her transition between mixed and chest voice still needs to work as well as her upper belt,

La voz de floor jansen es más fina sin tanta proyección por eso se escucha forzada, y a tarja está más cómoda ya que es soprano lírica ligera, está por sobre floor jansen ya que ella es soprano dramática. Tarja tiene más proyección vocal y rango eso porque se estudia mas de 8 años cómo tarja y floor con profesores Pero no es profesional en lo lírico cómo si tarja y floor jansen arranco estudiando pop y urbano!

Los beltings de Floor Jansen tienen una gran potencia y no le cuestan nada ella puede subir hasta el G#5 en mix belt Y aparte de los "Belts" de Tarja no todos fueron belt, el más alto de ella fue E5 Tarja es increíble y mejor (no por una gran diferencia) que floor en modo ópera aparte estudio más

Floor's lowest note is D3 and the biggest is F6 and for tarja i guess she is between F3 and G#6 and Floor's highest belted note is probably A5 i only did the matching parts but still great that you are having such a wide range 😁

In terms of Pitch both have great range. Although pitch-wise Tarja maybe goes 1 note higher than Floor (G6 vs F6), but the difference is small... However in terms of expressive range (types of sounds and "voices") Floor's range is so much greater. Tarja is pretty much limited to "classical" or "operatic" headvoice in the higher ranges, and she also has a good chest voice on the lower notes, but that is about it for Tarja. Floor can do so many things with her voice... As former professional opera and musical singer Henk Poort said: what Floor can do with her voice is un-be-lie-va-ble! Ranging from deep death growls, stepping to powerfull operatic voices in the same sentence, but also pure and angelic "celtic" folk voices to raspy distorted rock voices, mixed voices, powerfull belting, use of twang and vocal fry, etc. etc. Floor can do pretty much any voice type I can think of. The only thing I never heard Floor (or Tarja) do is whistletones...

Tarja goes higher and floor goes deeper in their range. Floor is much more versatile in her singing she is good in a lot of singing styles and thats is the thing i adore and appreciate the most about her it is fantastic! And yeah tarja has a more limited style but she is the top tier on what she is doing and i like the way she developed her chest voice over the years! And yeah i would like to hear them trying to do whistle notes :D

Floor also goes higher on the chest voice. The highest i know is an A5 or a B5.
