I love how much you remind us that where we are and what we need is great. There is so much pressure out there to be "better" that it feels so nice not to have that pressure. You are so great at teaching this stuff in such an accessible way. Thank you!

Thank you so much for your kind words! It's so much more helpful to meet ourselves where we're really at than to try to push into something that in the end doesn't help us create any change - as you say, it's so nice to let go of the pressure while we're at it!

Hi Petra, great suggestions! I don't usually sit on the floor doing nothing though. I would love to see a video on sitting while doing computer work, reading a book, eating dinner etc, all those real life things. thanks so much

The technique is exactly the same so I'm not sure what you'd like to see in an additional video - can you clarify for me?

Great suggestions! Good for grandmas whose grandkids want to play on the floor all the time. Using a towel roll on a seat also helps maintain optimal lumbar curve and can make sitting in a chair for someone very limited more comfortable. (Or if the chair is just really poorly designed) Thanks for your tips!

Those little cushions are so cute. Where did you find them?

Hi! They were actually just in the studio when we were filming (in Bali) so I don't know.

Around 1:25 and again at 2:25, you mention checking your pubic bone to make sure you sit with a neutral curve in you lower back. Can you give more information on that, please? What am I looking for? Maybe you already have other videos on it? Thank you for all your wonderful help!

good Q! I define neutral sitting as your ASIS (bony hip points) and pubic bone lining up in a vertical plane when you're sitting. Does that make sense?
