How to Find CRAPPIE with 2D Sonar (How to Locate Crappie)

Here are some tips that I use to find crappie using a 2D sonar unit. Finding crappie can be tough, especially if you are not sure what your fishing electronics are telling you. I explain how to find fish (crappie) while adjusting the depth range, chart speed, cone angle, and color pallete on your sonar unit. 2D sonar is virtually the same for all units Humminbird, Garmin, Lowrance, and Ray Marine.

Salt water we use an air venting tool to eleminate the compression problem. Easy to use and don't hurt the fish at all. Something to consider maybe. Just a thought.
