so i believe the reason for the bar is to keep people in the seats... if you keep people playing, they keep spending money.... that's how real casinos work (well now they only give away soda, but they used to give more, and player cards can get you some really cool treats if you blow enough money lol)...

I am thinking that when you see "Cheater!" above someone's head that isn't calling them a cheater, I think it is them saying "Cheater!" Either they are mad at your dealer or someone at the table, I don't know.

Maybe have an editor / collaborator for the rare occasions where a cut could and absolutely should be done (some parts of your Rust videos come to mind or the early roulette here etc) Overall though I d say for 80% of the time you don't need it.
