I stumbled on your channel's Hanoi trip. At first, I thought you were Vietnamese who lived abroad and came back to visit VN. A pleasant surprise, Note is Thai-Canadian and Flora is Hong Kong-Canadian. I am Vietnamese and am living in the USA. I met a lot of Thai in the USA, and all are friendly and super nice. I haven't met a bad one yet. It's hard to compare Thailand and Vietnam, both have spectacular scenery, beaches, highlands, vibrant localities, and excellent foods. I'm most impressed by temples and pagodas of unique Thai style. In VN, I hope you will be impressed by the oldness of things and the blend of French architecture in the big cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. Some viewers already suggested where to go in VN. Wherever you go, enjoy it with an open heart and mind. You'll see how Thai and Vietnamese easily interact with each other. It appears we have a similar mentality about life. Wish you a terrific time with happy memories in our VN. And one more thing, LOVE be always with you two until eternity.

Lovely hotel guys 👊 Owno Flora born in Hong Kong 😯 have you ever been back? Well i visited it in 2014 for 4 weeks to visit family of my friend (came from Hong Kong) and i loved it, also this year was my first trip from Hong Kong to Thailand for a short 3 night stay in Karon Beach Phuket 🤫 Anyhow you had some great relaxing time there. We came to Thailand last March and did the whole paperworks cause we applied in Februari and back then all rules were still in action, but the good part we didn't need to stay 5 days in ASQ anymore just 1, and we enjoyed 34 beautiful days with family and friends 😊 Safe travels and have a wonderflo weekend, and as always, C Ya in the next one Flora & Note, cheers 🙌🍻

If you have the time in Hanoi I would recommend Halong Bay. Many years ago I spent 4 days on a teak boat sailing through this amazing archipelago, I believe the tour boats are very modern now and of coarse more expensive but an unforgettable experience. Hey Flora & Note. I am so happy to hear you are going to Vietnam. We are also Travelling there in August. It will be my 3rd time there, it is a very special place. When you are in Hanoi, you must get a Banh MI at Banh MI 25, the hype is real, it truly was my best one in Vietnam. I look forward to visiting a few more places we missed out on in 2019, like Phong Nha Ke Bang, Ninh Binh and Dalat. Our favorite place is definitely Danang. When you are there pls go try Sin's food @ Hang's Kitchen Restaurant. She is a fantastic cook, and makes the best Chicken Parm I have ever tasted as well as delicious Mexican food and English breakfast. 😁Enjoy your trip. Yolanda

You guys will love Vietnam. My wife is Vietnamese & a lot of her Vietnamese relatives live in "An Giang" & Long Xuyen" provinces in Southern Vietnam, which is where my Vietnamese wife is from. The 2 biggest ethnic groups in Vietnam are the HMONG people in North Vietnam & the KHMER People of South Vietnam. You both will enjoy so many good cheap foods there.

XD Absolutely loved the W on my last stay there, and def enjoyed the “sweet spot” corner a little too much haha hope Flora tried the spa/massage it was heavenly! Love the vid and have a safe trip to Vietnam, I’d def recommend checking out Da Nang if you guys get out of HCM city, prob the most laid back and scenic city besides Phu Quoc island, and the food is great too(try the pho inside sheraton it was surprisingly good).. Looking forward to ur Vietnam adventure!

Highly recommend and must go to ban gioc waterfall ... is from Hanoi to this place. may ride by motorbike but the road from Hanoi to the waterfall was terrible. Better drive by car and all the way up till Sapa.

Love your videos. When you go to Hanoi be sure to try the egg coffee. And don't miss going to Sapa for a few days! One of my favorite places in Vietnam (ok there are many but this was one of the top ones) You can take a sleeper train there or a VIP van/bus. I took the train there and van back and when I go back I will do the van. The train was a nice experience but 8 hours and the van was 5. In Sapa you can do trekking or home stays with the different villagers. OMG beautiful!

You must do the restaurant that Anthony Bourdain met President Obama at in Hanoi. The food is fabulous, the atmosphere made me a little sad as I was a huge Bourdain fan but well worth it.
