A girl broke his heart so he hurt her by raping her. He didn't literally cut her eye out but that is a metaphor for ruining her sight/view of the world. The cutting her heart out bit is about making her heart hurt like he did when she broke his heart and made him cry. I think the get your filthy fingers out of my pie is saying she's still got a hold of him even though he's taken his revenge. Just my interpretation of the lyrics. :)

Darkmadbunny in my opinion the girl with one eye is a bad person of the past -likely "the singer" herself. Sometimes we need to hurt someone -or ourseves- to carry on. We need to destroy and make miserable something and someone about our past who made us cry. Sometimes happiness success and future are near, but affordable just if we're able to scream "get your filthy fingers out of my pie" to our past. No matter about who say our reputation is over because of our betrayal.
