If you can tell, I (Lauren) do not have the virtue of patience-especially when we are trying to pack so much into our vacation time from work 😅 so the planning there is necessary! Yes it’s basically spot on for the half way point! If you took a regional train it would take longer but the high speed gets you there quick!

hi, great video. One question? do you need a tour guide to visit the major sites? Is it really worth it? we have half a day in florence..also appx. how much did you spend for 2 people on all entry tickets

No need for a guide! We downloaded free audio tours (the link is in the description). A half day is just enough time to catch the highlights of the two major galleries in Florence. Uffizi tickets and Accademia Gallery tickets together we’re about €24 per person!
