You might be mistaking this for being part of the TV series. This is “Autumn”, a 12-hour theatrical event which was livestreamed last October 3 between the airing of the two show parts (3 episodes each) named “Summer” and “Winter”. You can watch the whole broadcast on Sky TV’s Facebook page until November 3 or the shortened 99-minute version on HBO’s KZbin channel.

The Third Day is an HBO miniseries starring Jude Law and Naomie Harris. It takes place on the Osea Island. It's a Gothic / mystery series, I won't give away too much of the plot. It's made up of 3 parts: Summer, Autumn and Winter. Summer has 3 episodes that have already aired, while Autumn was a 12 hour long, live broadcast episode in which Florence plays Veronica. Winter begins next week.

Autumn was a 12 hour long live broadcast that showcased the traditions and rituals being practiced by the people of Osea island “as the line between what is real and what is not increasingly blurs”. It was shot in one take and in real time. On this day, the “Esus and the Sea” festival takes place wherein, this year, a new leader is needed for the island. At some point during the event, the 14 stations of the Cross is being applied and Jude Law’s character “Sam” was chosen to undergo trial and follow the path of Esus. Florence is “Veronica” who wipes his tears during the 6th station and then joins the crowd as they continue their journey. Outside this segment, we see her mingle with the other islanders as they prepare and later on enjoy the festival.

@@cosmichearts838 thank you for that. The 14 stations of the cross thing just made me make the connection between that and jess’s births all being on the 14th. At least that is what I would suspect now. Still don’t understand fully but putting more pieces together.
