Hey!! Your skills are just super ❤️ Your method is soo similar to the Indian pot makers. Once I saw the same method of making pots in my village unlike you they used wooden wheel for rotating the clay and giving them shape and I was stunned. Love from India🇮🇳🇮🇳

I love the shape of the feet you put on your pots. It's easier to hold when glazing, and the angles help prevent glaze from running. Is that something you picked up in Japan? I saw this foot style in an illustration of Japanese pottery and in it they call it the 'bamboo node foot' or 竹節高台 takefushikoudai. I'm gonna have to try it some time. The last foot I trimmed, I damn near dropped the bowl in the glaze bucket.
