Following a week of scandal, a new Miss Florida USA has been crowned. Linette De Los Santos was the runner-up in the contest and is now the reigning queen, thanks to a makeup debacle. I’ve read up on New York’s rules a little and I’m not sure if they have to do their own makeup or if the pageant gives them a makeup artist, I believe the same thing is for hair, but I’m not sure if it’s different from state to state within the Miss Universe circuit and depending on teen v adult
