Next time you visit Tarpon try Rusty Bellies for dinning or lunch, just be sure you make reservations at the outside kiosk an hour before, the table by the bar 🍸 is perfect and the boats go by and wave 👋 while you dine...very nice people there...the Sunset Beach ⛱ to close the day was an awesome suggestion I am going to try the next time I visit.

Hey my old stomping grounds! We lived in St Pete for 15 years, was nice to see the area again. Tarpon Springs was always fun, used to love going to Hellas! Funny you said that thing about the questionable service, we'd gone to a couple places and dealt with similar treatment 😂😂. You definitely have the talent of choosing the correct music for what's going on during the video, Anther great video my friend!

Tarpon Springs is one of my favorite places. I grew up just north of there in Brooksville. My family is Greek and Tarpon is a special place for us!! OPA!

Tarpon - I lived there for years. Grew up in Dunedin not far from there. Love the greek food. Order the Saganaki, flaming cheese, fun to watch. But we've also eaten at Rusty Bellies down at the end because it's on the water. Take the boat to Anclote Key - they let you get out to walk on the island and find shells. Yum - you got the dessert. Sunset beach - great place to watch kiteboarders - there and Fred Howard.

Thx, the water is always very calming. One benefit to the FLA panhandle is you get both sunrise and sunset on the beach.

This video prompted me to create a KZbin log on. I have followed you since 2020 when I found your Flagler video yearning for a beach trip during 2020... Love your videos. It is my Sunday night routine. I watch from beginning to end full commercials and all. I grew up vacationing in Daytona Beach Shores. The Flagler and Volusia beaches each have their own vibes and tradeoffs. Yes Daytona is over developed and Daytona Beach Shores is retirees but relatively quiet despite the high rise condos and central to get to the other areas for Dinner. We visit many of the areas when we go, love Flagler and New Smyrna. Please don’t apologize for the chop, I love being able to hear the waves 10 floors up in a south facing condo with the doors to the balcony closed, The condo is perpendicular to the beach with a great river sunset view as well as the beach view, cheaper than direct ocean front as well. I have been to Treasure Island, Clearwater and across the pan handle to Gulf Shores, Sister lived in Fort Walton been to Destin and PC but the Atlantic Coast is my favorite because of the surf. A few recommendations, the first 2 should be able to season their fish: Hull’s Seafood Ormond Beach for their fish market as well as restaurant. They also have live music often. They have their own boat if you want to pick up something for a cooking video. Can't get any fresher unless you catch it yourself. I understand their market sells to other restaurants as well as the public. Good key lime pie. Been going there a decade. It is another 10 minutes down A1A from Golden Lion Millie’s Daytona Beach Shores has looked very good. Haven’t been yet but the locals are recommending them. Check them out on Facebook. Goodrich Seafood down in Oak Hill is very much old Florida live music on the deck Fri/Sat night, real neighborhood kicked back kind of place. They are open Breakfast lunch and dinner. It’d be a great place to watch a launch from the Cape. I recommend the ice box key lime pie. You might find an inexpensive RV park in the Oak Hill area overlooking the lagoon that the Canaveral National Park is on. A trip up to New Smyrna Beach could also be in the video. Fun area to walk around, best downtown of the Volusia Beaches. Donnie’s Donuts Ormond beach. I am a Cobb County native in the Kennesaw, Acworth, Marietta area with a 2500HD if you ever need help on the road. I know you have family in the area but the offer stands.

Sorry Robert, I have been so busy and not able to watch. Flagler Beach is where my daughter and grandkids live. We use to go down in our RV and use the campgrounds close to her. Sadly, we never got to stay at Beverly Beach. My granddaughter works at Tortuga’s Bar and Grill right on the ocean. They have live music also, and some nights, live music outside at night by the fire pit out front. My granddaughter works on the top floor, which has ocean view and live music. The food is great and the Key Lime Pie is a specialty there. Please give it a try next time. I’m pretty sure they have a great chef that runs the kitchen. Great tasting food too.

Glad to see you having fun in the ocean. I took a trip to San Diego in 2020 with my bff and her family and we had the absolute BEST and FUN time I have EVER had a beach! Howdy Robert! So, part one of the Lewis & Clark 2022 expedition begins! I was in Perry a few days behind you on my own cross-country road trip. 75 degree water cold? A suggestion once you get to the Oregon end or more of a comparison. Just north of Newport is Oregon’s Beverly Beach State Park. I would be very curious to see your comparison of Florida’s version compared to the Oregon version. Thanks for showing me more of Florida. Your home state is pretty close to the top of my bucket list of US states I haven’t visited yet. One day soon I hope. Safe travels and am very much looking forward to seeing this journey as it unfolds.

Robert, speaking about the beach front campground and the neighbors that arrive afterwards, it is an expensive campground for what it is isn't it? $160.00 a day isn't what campgrounds used to be? Anyway it all depends how deep each person pocket is. Sure the view is great and the weather nice? Somehow it seems though that the weather and view is costing a lot more these days?

Today is my first time viewing shows. I'm also binge-watching your stuff and not only do I like it I'm a new subscriber! Bob one thing I want to tell you. Greeks are not diplomatic by nature. it's just their way so DON'T TAKE IT PERSONALLY, okay? I live in Chicago a few blocks from Greektown our Green enclave so I understand them; great people just rough-cut. I want to compliment you on the way you tour churches, especially our Catholic Church. Most if not all KZbinrs tend to ignore our church or even make fun of our practices but I won't name them, sorry. Again I'm a fan. GOD bless and stay safe.

Hello Robert we are Jeanne and Scott Stark we just moved closer to Tarpon Springs a little south of there about six or 7 miles south of there near Dunedin it was a momentous move . We are about somewhere between Gulf to Bay Boulevard and Tarpon Springs off of 19. In the next six months we’re looking to take our first RV rental trip somewhere in Florida. Trying to pay off everything before we do everything. Our plan is to go to all the Florida springs that we can go to in a rental van . It’ll be easy because we didn’t have our Beagle dog anymore he passed away in May. We also wanna go see the stars at night in Kissimmee or north Florida where there’s no light. Jeanne‘s dad was an engineer and worked with NASA people and all kinds of people like that so she grew up like that. She’s writing about it right now we’re trying to. We are still unpacking that is a fit in itself
