In May 2024, there were 200,225 homes for sale in Florida, up 69.9 % year over year. Despite a US housing shortage, Florida and Texas have too much supply, Redfin found. According to Zillow, home price appreciation is expected to slow down significantly in the coming years. After years of a scorching hot housing market, a new report from Redfin labels the Tampa region as one of the fastest-cooling housing markets in the country.

The ongoing mass exodus into the State of Florida has permanently changed the States Housing Market . And not in a good way . Home prices will most likely stay forever elevated in most area's of Florida as the inbound migration shows no signs of slowing anytime soon .

There are channels on KZbin where the men are running around saying Florida home prices are crashing. One clown walks around construction sites on the weekened and then claims the builders are losing abandoning the properties. His channel is "Reventure".
