Florida June 2023 Day 16: Travel Home Day, Universal Orlando, Walmart & Disney Springs ✈️

Join me and Laura for an action packed day in Orlando! Starting at Celebration Town for a final Starbucks Coffee by the lake with Dad! We then take a drive up International drive to Universal Orlando Resort to pop into Margaritaville.
We then head to Disney Springs for a Chicken Guy’s lunch and a little mooch in some of the Disney Shops. We also stop at Chillis Restaurant on highway 192 in Kissimmee and also Walmart Supermarket before heading to the Airport for our flight home to Manchester.
We show the full journey home including the drive to Orlando International Airport, Car Rental Return and the check in process with Virgin Atlantic Premium economy. We also show some places you can shop and relax in the Airport before going through security to the Departure gates. After a swift flight with Virgin, we land at Manchester Airport early morning and we spend the day in Liverpool!

Great series, very informative re returning the car. My wife is the driver but hates driving to and from the airport, we have been around it so many times when we missed our turning, we now pick the car up the next day from disney car centre less stressful however, there is not the choice of cars

How did use find it in terms of paying with cash. I seen an email saying Busch gardens is now cash free and am wondering if other parks and shops will follow suit. I’m wondering if we should be looking at a pre paid travel card or monzo/revolut account for our trip just don’t know what’s best.

I've never been on the balloon myself, but I watch a KZbin vlogger (nomadic fanatic) and he tours the US in his RV and often goes to Disney, but every time he goes, the balloon is never up, due to weather conditions. Hilarious. It was open one time and he actually made it up and loved it

Agree the walk back up to the departure gate is always sad. We always try to visit for three weeks so you can have a couple of chill out days away from the parks. Next visit 2025, looking at accommodation now ( been checking RCI availability plus scanning Villa sites if RCI haven’t got anything 😊

Loved loved loved the Kennedy Space Center trip. I am a child of the sixties and watched Apollo 11 land on the moon. I have met and spoken to the last man to walk on the moon, Gene Cernan. So to see your Dad, so excited and emotional going around, made me excited as well. I would love you to be a bit more adventurous with your dining choices. Most independent restaurants will adapt their dishes for dietary requirements if you ask.

I flew back from Orlando from Terminal C two weeks ago and the terminal was excellent - lots of shops, starbucks etc and absolutely loads of seats available. Arriving into Terminal C was also the easiest arrivals process I have experienced as a seasoned traveller, I was off the aircraft and in my ALAMO rental car in about 30 minutes! Great video as always guys 😊

what i do is go really early cut out about noonish go back to the hotel hit the pool take a nap and go back 5-7pm watch the fireworks all that junk eat dinner i'm going to universal for halloween horror nights and howl o scream the food for those event is always really stupid expensive we always eat before and smuggel in water
