Awesome video! Well said! I remember how disappointed we were at Hạ Long Bay in Vietnam, when we got out of the boat to enjoy one island it was full of trash, and it is a very popular tourist spot while people can only go by these organized excursions, that's why I was very disappointed that those companies were not even trying to keep it clean for the tourists. When we went to the Boracay, in the Philippines, it was beautiful, but we heard that the island was closed for several months for a deep cleaning, and then they limited the number of people who could go to the island, they also implemented rules to keep it clean, but you still could see trash once you reached the open ocean. It's a huge problem that we cannot ignore anymore. We definitely have to stop the problem at the source, and do our part.

Great video and great initiative. However, picking up trash won't solve the problem. Nor recycling. We must reduce our plastic production in the first place. This means reducing our plastic consumption. Using less, buying less, producing less. For that happens the governments must increase taxes over plastics and estimulate biodegradable alternatives to plastic. We have only one life and one planet. Cheers
