My grandfather retired to Brooksville before I was born and live there all the years that I knew him. Fond memories.

There's a BBQ place in Nashville, Tennessee named after him. It was an interesting place. Not all of the food was good. I only went because my uncle was excited for me and my mom to try it knowing we like BBQ. Florida BBQ is better lol 😆. But anyways, I heard the samething about the judge.

Jay, Boyett Groves actually used to have their own orange groves in the field on the north side of the building. They used to raise their own oranges and process them with processing machinery you saw inside. After the freezing temperatures in the 80’s and the citrus greening, it pretty much put an end to the groves. Just thought you might like to know that bit of information.

Jay...Amazing video! I have a question about you and Cris. I asked @grimmlifecollective about this as well. Do you find that your interests intersect at the mainstream or in the fringe?
