FLORIDA Travel Day! Manchester to Orlando | Virgin Economy & Wyndham Disney Partner Hotel | 2024

Surprise!! I did not expect to be travelling back to Orlando Florida so quickly from my February trip earlier this year (Vlogs linked below). However…this week was supposed to be my UK theme park week, but when pricing things up and planning the travel, it just wasn’t making sense. When I then priced things up with my air miles, and hotels, and train…it was significantly cheaper to travel to my favourite place. For the very first time I am staying in a Disney Parter “off-site” however if you follow stick around and watch this weeks Vlog series I show more of the hotel, the location etc which I am very impressed with regarding value for money! Thank you for supporting the channel, it keeps me motivated to keep creating more videos.

My wife and i love this hotel, it is ideally situated just across the magic bridge to Disney Springs. The facilities and accommodation at the hotel are excellent. You are not tied to the hotel, 5 minutes walk away there are excellent restaurants and entertainment. I shall be visiting florida and this hotel again in February to celebrate my 73 birthday and our wedding anniversary. Remember, you are never too old to be a child again.

Manchester Airport is great, I love had a few scary moments with security etc but as I’ve flown from there often as soon as I arrive at the airport I feel like I’m going on holiday, which sounds strange lol ✈️

Enjoyed your travel vLog, gives me an idea of my solo trip to Orlando in November and what to expect. Although I’ll be travelling from Gatwick and on British Airways instead and arriving at terminal C in Orlando so will miss out on the monorail ride when arrive at the airport. Also we used the MPC and it was excellent. Went through the queue on the far left when you go into the hall. Was through in under 5 minutes. Soo easy to do xx

Mobile passport control is left when you get to customs. We did it on our last trip and it worked fine!

@@misssarahtoyou ah no way! We’re you also flying with virgin into the same terminal? I’ve heard it’s available for other airlines arriving at other terminal, was hoping it would be at the virgin terminal A but i couldn’t see it

@@MacBlogsYes we flew with Virgin in May. It is a small sign from memory and just the one desk on the far left. The app is really easy to use (Mobile passport control) - we took our photos etc on the plane when it was heading to the terminal after landing.

@@lindsaygreenwood2317 hey Lindsay, thank you and welcome to the channel 😁 best way/tip for universal annual pass is to upgrade your 14 day ticket whilst your in Orlando. You can only upgrade your ticket when your there and NOT back home, take your 14 ticket to any 3 parks guest relations (volcano bay, universal studios, islands of adventure), and pay the difference from what you paid for your current ticket and what annual pass you want. Can be as low as around $100 to upgrade to an annual pass. In my February Vlog series I Vlog how and where I upgraded 😁 hood that helps 👍. I managed to get 15 months for 12 months upgrade annual pass

@@richardthackwray1988 I wouldn’t know the price unfortunately, the day tickets changes often depending on which time of year etc, I’ve paid around $150 for a day adult ticket before. You’d be better off phoning the Walt Disney Travel Company direct to find out prices for the day you want 👍
