First time in a long time I've taken notes in a KZbin video. Thanks!

This is great information, thank you very much for this. I love the simple one, two, three approach and the quick way to differentiate between valsalva and frenzel. Now I now that I’ve been doing frenzel for years. I’ve gotten confused watching videos on how to do it and just got confused, now I know I’m good. Great info, thank you!

I have actually strained my neck a couple times trying to get water out. Good lesson to learn late!

What are the names of the anit-congestion drug you mention? Trying to find the swedish equivalent! Thanks for a really informative video!

I had the water-in-ear sensation after a poolshoot (2m deep max) but first time in 5 months diving. It was the first time. I for a fact did get it out with those methods and could feel (and see, finger) the water come out. I probably under-equalised, as it was very shallow. But my eardrums weren't flexible enough for 2 meters (mild discomfort). I'm unsure why the liquid was in there, but it did get out! Interesting video, no dairy and plenty water for me for sure :)
