The low income apartments are on Moncrief, Cleveland Arms, Holly Brooks, Washington Heights the name has changed... Eureka Garden, Hill Top. There's more these are the high crime ones. There some on Southside and West they are pretty good. East side low income apartments are not a good place to stay either. However, some of those condos will allow certain race or certain people such as a senior citizens stay in there if they fit a decent back ground such as a retire teacher etc.

That plaza is in the Paxon neighborhood. Sprawling and thriving in the 1950s and 60s. (A large A&P supermarket was originally there). Numerous single family 2-3 br concrete block ranches like Arlington (Smaller than Arlington, though) and many other Jax neighborhoods. A little past it's prime. Yes. Rainbows and Roses or, in this case, Save a Lots and CitiTrends, are indicators of the state of the neighborhood or plaza.

I dropped my wallet full of money and credit cards downtown on St valentine's day at the landing at night!!! Days later, I got a call from my bank! B it was found and returned to me by a wonderful BLACK MAN! Named Raymond Smalls!! He was a stucco guy! A business owner! Hey meet me in orange Park at Olive garden and have her my wallet! All the cash and everything was there! 👍🏼😁 I offered 50 bucks to him for his trouble and his honestly/morals/and his great character etc!!!
