To keep the mealy bugs out of your Hoya and any other plants use neem oil..totally organic and smothers the critters as well as the eggs that you can't see!

You're welcome! I use it as a preventive on any plants I buy from Lowe's or Home Depot.

I don't care what language you're speaking, it always sounds lovely! Our wild poppies are in full bloom here right now and I love them so much! Here they're bright orange and I feel like it's nature's little nod to Halloween in the spring, lol. So pumped for Duck Derby!! Off to go buy some ducks!!

I always happy to see a notification about a new video from you. Ruth!! I had to have this when it was released in last year's market. I have it all ready to go. My daughter's name is Ruth, after my Grannie, and favors this girl (minus glasses) and the dog I'm going to change to look like our dog who passed away in 2020. So why I haven't started it yet? I have never done anything that big or detailed. I freeze every time I bring it out. I can't get past the road block to start. 😬 Thank you so much for sharing your time and talents with us!!

These intimidate me too but I find that making a working copy of the chart and using a highlighter and doing color sections at a time help me tremendously.

@@emilyc325 Thank you, I will try that. Is this something you should/could/would preload needles of different floss colors for? I stitch mainly smalls in hand so this will be a be a change for me lol.

@@mountaineerknitter3165 Totally personal preference. Whatever makes it easier for you. I'm a one needle at a time kind of girl. You could even highlight what you're about to stitch in yellow to make it stand out, then go back over it in orange or something when you've stitched it.
