Wow! Goth Thirza is beautiful and i ordered it straight away. Fabric can be hard to get in the UK sometimes, but i do have a wild piece in my stash that I'm gonna do a floss toss on. I've never found a pattern for it so maybe Thirza is the one! Wonderful projects and some great haul.

Hi, Lynn. Unfortunately the colors aren’t a direct changeover from the original chart because I just colored in the motifs at random as I liked. So you can’t just sub in DMC for the original chart. But I would be happy to give you the list of the 34 DMC colors if you want to take the colors and do your own thing on your original Thirza chart!

OK Julie ..I had almost made it through your video without adding another 'want to do' on my pile..but I saw that Olde Mustard Moone on Murky and Holy Cow!...the design and the fabric is now in the carts waiting...I have a sample piece of Murky that isn't large enough for it but I know that I LOVE that color! Your 3rd version of the Thurza sampler is the best so far...I'm a sucker for brilliant colors. And as for brilliant colors , I just finished my 1st Carolyn Manning design..it took me nearly a year and a half...I have more that I want to do but I could never work on that kind exclusively. I'm getting ready to rewatch your video on black walnut dyeing..my back yard is full of those nuts and I really want to see how they turn out color wise. Happy stitching❤

Have you read Celeste de Blasis? Her Wild Swan Trilogy is very good. The first and second books are my favorites and I read Wild Swan at least once a year. The Trilogy has been renamed recently as A Wild Hope. I think you might like it. I've enjoyed a lot of the books you've recommended.
